What is Mukodi?
Mukodi is India's own AI for financial intelligence: a house of helpers that argues every consequential answer before it reaches you. It runs in the Mukodi app and, from the beta, on the web.

Nilfee Fintech Private Limited, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Mukodi is a trademark of Nilfee Fintech.
How much does Mukodi cost?
Free during the beta.
How do I sign up or sign in?
Sign-in and sign-up open with the invite-only beta, in the Mukodi app and on the web. Until then, join the waitlist and we will send you one email on the day it opens.
Who can use Mukodi?
Adults only. Mukodi is not for users under 18. If we discover a minor account, we suspend and erase it under DPDP §12(3).
Which languages does Mukodi speak?
Eight: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Urdu and Marathi.
Will Mukodi ask for my bank password?
No. Mukodi never asks for your bank passwords. Mukodi never asks for your bank OTP or UPI PIN.
What rights do I have over my data?
Under India's DPDP Act you can get a summary of your personal data and how it is processed (§11), have it corrected, completed or erased (§12), raise a grievance (§13), and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated (§14). How do I delete my data?
Ask for erasure from the app's privacy settings, or email [email protected]. Erasure is your right under DPDP §12, subject to legal retention requirements.
How do I raise a grievance?
Use the grievance form: no account is needed, and you get a reference number and the dates for acknowledgement and resolution. You can also write to our Grievance Officer and Data Protection Officer, Lakshmipriya D, at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Is Mukodi for businesses too?
Yes. Banks, lenders, insurers and other data-driven businesses can apply for partner API access. Online partner registration and the partner portal open with the beta.
