Surface suspect patterns in subsidy / DBT / scheme outflows for an officer to review.
Public money deserves a house that argues every rupee.
Mukodi is India's financial-intelligence house. This page is about what that house can do for the public sector — scheme-integrity and subsidy-leakage detection, explainable credit risk for cooperative and society banks, financial inclusion in eight Indian languages, and welfare decision support that keeps a human official in the loop. Every output lands on a hash-chained, replayable audit trail.
We are honest about stage: Mukodi is pre-launch and has no government deployment yet. What follows is an offering and an invitation to a pilot — not a claim of work already done.
The same machinery that runs the consumer house, pointed at public delivery.
Nothing here is a bespoke government build. These are Mukodi's existing, registered capabilities — mapped onto the work a department, a treasury, or a cooperative bank actually does.
Onboard beneficiaries and bank members at scale, with the UIDAI 8-digit Aadhaar mask enforced.
Reach last-mile citizens in their own language — English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi.
Aggregate, anonymised cashflow and demand forecasts for budget and scheme planning.
Every model output and override HMAC-chained and replayable — exportable on regulator or RTI request.
Consent captured per purpose; data-principal rights (erasure, correction) wired in.
From scheme integrity to RTI-ready audit.
Each is an offering grounded in a shipped capability. Where a citizen's welfare or eligibility is involved, Mukodi is decision support only — a human official always decides.
Scheme integrity & subsidy-leakage detection
Find the leak before the audit does.
Direct-benefit-transfer and scheme outflows run through anomaly and fraud models that flag duplicate beneficiaries, ghost accounts, and out-of-pattern disbursements. Every flag carries a reason and lands in a queue for a human officer — Mukodi surfaces the signal; your team decides the action.
Cooperative, society & state-cooperative bank supervision
Underwriting and KYC the way the district bank actually works.
Credit-risk and loan-default models with plain-language reason codes, document KYC under the UIDAI mask, and drift monitoring on every model — sized for cooperative banks, urban credit societies, and state-cooperative apex banks that lend to thin-file members. Explainable by design, and aligned with NABARD and RBI cooperative-banking supervision.
Financial inclusion & literacy
Speak the citizen's language — literally.
Voice and text advisory in eight Indian languages brings scheme eligibility, savings, and bill guidance to citizens who do not read English forms. The same multilingual stack that powers the consumer app, pointed at last-mile public delivery.
Welfare assessment — decision support, not decisions
The officer decides. Mukodi shows the work.
For welfare and eligibility, Mukodi is strictly a decision-support tool: it assembles the relevant signals, attaches a plain-language explanation, and records the whole assessment on a replayable audit trail — then hands it to a human official. There is no automated welfare denial and no autonomous eligibility decision. Consent is captured per purpose under DPDP, and the data principal keeps their rights.
Hard rule: no automated welfare denial. A person makes every consequential decision; the model only informs it.
State financial planning analytics
Budget on ranges, not guesses.
Aggregate, anonymised cashflow and demand forecasts — p10/p50/p90 quantile bands rather than single-point numbers — for departmental budgeting, scheme sizing, and revenue planning. Built on aggregates, not individual citizen targeting.
Audit, accountability & RTI
Every rupee-decision is evidence.
Every model output, override, and alert is HMAC-chained and replayable — a tamper-evident record an internal auditor, the CAG, or an RTI applicant can be shown. DPDP §12 data-principal rights (erasure, correction) are wired in, and the chain is exportable on request.
The regulators that matter, each by name.
Mukodi does not claim to be 'fully compliant' with anything. It names the specific regime it is built against and tells you what that means in practice.
The honest small print.
- Mukodi is pre-launch. There is no live government deployment, no public-sector customer, and no case study. Everything here is an offering and a pilot invitation.
- On welfare and eligibility, Mukodi is decision support — never the decision-maker. There is no automated welfare denial. A human official makes every consequential call.
- Compliance is named, not blanket. We align to specific regimes (RBI/NABARD, DPDP, UIDAI, SEBI, IRDAI, MeitY/CERT-In, CAG/RTI); we never claim to be 'fully compliant'.
- Planning analytics are aggregate and anonymised. We do not build individual-citizen surveillance or scoring for targeting.
- Any figures shown elsewhere on this site are illustrative of the product, not measured government outcomes.

Start with a pilot, not a promise.
Tell us the scheme, the bank, or the department. We'll scope a bounded pilot with a clear success metric, a replayable audit trail, and a human in every decision loop.
